Mr. Michael Mwansa Lyoba has over 20 years of work experience in Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), government departments and in the area of training. He has attended several Training of Trainers’ workshops in module writing and facilitation skills. In addition, he has attended the ACCA Conference for curriculum design and development (Kenya, Nairobi). Michael is diligent, pays attention to detail and is highly competent in the subjects that he teaches.

Research interests
His research interests include Corporate Finance particularly as it pertains to how corporations make investments, how they are financed and how their profits are distributed (dividends). His interest extends to areas of tax planning as well as improvements in corporate tax in order to establish efficient and fair tax systems that ensure that governments in developing countries achieve increased revenues without excessive government borrowing nor discouraging economic activity.
