The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) has successfully concluded the five-day Entry into Senior Level Management Training Programme, designed for officers under the Public Service Management Division (PSMD).
The programme, which commenced on Monday, 14th September 2026, was held at the Conference Centre Auditorium and drew to a close today, Friday, 18th September 2026.
The training was tailored to equip officers transitioning into senior management roles with the requisite skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel in leadership positions within the public service. Throughout the five days, participants engaged in intensive sessions covering key areas such as strategic leadership, decision-making, performance management, and effective governance.
The Entry into Senior Level Management Training Programme forms part of NIPA’s broader mandate to build capacity within the public service and to foster a cadre of competent, ethical, and forward-thinking leaders capable of driving national development agenda.
Participants expressed appreciation for the depth and relevance of the training, noting that it provided them with practical tools and fresh perspectives to enhance their performance as they assume greater responsibilities in their respective roles.
