The National Institute of Public Administration has launched its first Alumni Chapter in Southern Province.
The Launch took place in Livingstone on the 19th of August, 2019. The occasion was graced by the Southern Province Permanent Secretary, Mwangala Liomba. He pledged to support NIPAs plans to establish a Satellite Campus in Livingstone and Choma by January 2020. Look out for the Copperbelt Alumni Launch to take place in Ndola on 27th September 2019.
