DELIVERY ASSOCIATES AND PDU COMMENCE TWO DAY TRAINING OF TRAINERS (ToT) WORKSHOP ON DELIVERY TOOLKIT.

The Delivery Associates, in collaboration with the Presidential Delivery Unit (PDU), has commenced a two-day Trainers of Trainers (ToT) workshop on the Delivery Toolkit for the first cohort of Master Trainers and Co-Developers.
The workshop, being held at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), brings together participants who will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to cascade the Delivery Toolkit training to other officers within the public service.
The Delivery Toolkit is designed to enhance the capacity of public service officers in the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of government programmes and projects, in line with the country’s development priorities.
Speaking during the opening of the workshop, facilitators underscored the importance of building a critical mass of trained personnel capable of driving delivery excellence across the public service.
The training of the first cohort of Master Trainers and Co-Developers marks a significant step in the roll-out of the Delivery Toolkit, which is expected to strengthen performance management and service delivery within government.
The workshop is part of ongoing collaboration between the Delivery Associates, the Presidential Delivery Unit, and NIPA to institutionalize best practices in delivery management across the public service.
