CHINESE EMBASSY MINISTER COUNSELOR PAYS COURTESY CALL ON NIPA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Minister Counselor from the Chinese Embassy, Mr. Wang Sheng, today paid a courtesy call on the NIPA Executive Director, Prof. Jacob R.S. Malungo, in his office.
The visit was aimed at exploring possible areas of collaboration and partnership between the Chinese Embassy and NIPA, as well as discussing opportunities to offer more scholarships for both NIPA students and members of staff.
During the meeting, the two parties engaged in fruitful discussions on avenues for mutual cooperation, with a focus on capacity building, academic exchange, and professional development. The prospect of expanded scholarship opportunities was a key highlight of the deliberations, signaling a commitment to investing in the next generation of Zambian professionals and academics.
Prof. Jacob R.S. Malungo welcomed Mr. Wang Sheng and expressed appreciation for the Chinese Embassy’s continued interest in partnering with NIPA. He noted that such collaborations are instrumental in broadening the horizons of students and staff, providing them with international exposure and enhancing the quality of education and training offered at the institution.
Mr. Wang Sheng reaffirmed the Chinese Embassy’s commitment to strengthening ties with NIPA and to supporting initiatives that promote educational development and human capital growth in Zambia.
