The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) management is proud to announce the appointment of Mrs Chabala Kawesha Mukwasa as the new Marketing and Communications Manager.
Mrs Mukwasa brings with her a wealth of experience to her new role by introducing digital marketing and analytics to the Department of Marketing and Communications. She has vast knowledge and experience in various marketing strategies and strategic planning.
Before joining NIPA, Mrs Mukwasa worked at the University of Zambia as Digital Marketing Manager.
She has a distinguished career of over eight years work experience and handled numerous complex responsibilities.
Mrs Mukwasa will work closely with Divisional and Departmental heads in designing and implementing various plans to grow NIPA’s market share, enhancing the customer experience and the overall corporate reputation of the Institute.

The Institute expresses its hearty congratulations to Mrs Mildred Chambo Soneka who recently returned from Beijing, China. She performed exceptionally well in her studies at the University of International Business and Economics. Mrs Soneka was pursuing her Masters’ in Business Administration.
Mrs Soneka is currently working as Marketing Officer – Conference Centre.
The Institute congratulates Mr Kangwa Musole Chisanga III for topping his Master’s class at the University of Dundee, United Kingdom. Mr Chisanga now has his second master’s degree in Master of Laws in International Mineral Law and Policy.
His first Master’s degree was in Corporate and Commercial Law. On his return to Zambia, Mr Chisanga was successfully transferred from Main Campus to Ndola Satellite Campus.
Mr Chisanga says his rare qualification has upgraded his knowledge of the legal aspects of the mining sector in the areas of sustainability, global perspectives, mineral economics and taxation.
“I am excited to work on the Copperbelt Province because there are many mining companies in the region. Now I can really give practical examples in class about mining law,” says a beaming Mr. Chisanga.
